Except in cases of sudden death, our lives today have negotiated conclusions. Do we resuscitate or not? Do we use a feeding tube when we or our loved ones are no longer able to eat? Do we take it out and, if so, when? And as with all negotiations, there are strategies, laws and ethics involved.
