Edmonds man waiting to use Death with Dignity law People must meet certain requirements to use the state's Death with Dignity law. Edmonds resident Tory Plaisance, a 45-year-old cancer patient, is learning what he'll need to do to make use of the new law when the time comes. In the meantime, he's still working and still receiving treatment for incurable cancer.
