Date with death Tucked at the foot of a single bed in Jean Cartmell's spare room are two boxes, both containing gas canisters she bought at The Warehouse. Most people use them to blow up helium balloons for children's birthday parties or wedding anniversaries. Mrs Cartmell says she will use them to kill herself.
